Shipping and Returns


Firstly, thanks for visiting our website. Should you purchase something we will make all efforts to process your order within 24 hours. Orders placed over weekends or holidays generally take a bit longer due to basic business opening hours.

When we have processed your order, we will send an order confirmation by email, followed by a shipping confirmation. Please keep the confirmation email, since this is your proof of purchase. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.


Notice that prices do not include shipping and delivery costs. The delivery costs will be calculated in the checkout stage.

We ship to most countries in the world. Please, check region/country availability through our checkout stage.


Ordered products are normally delivered in 3-5 working days within Australia. Internationally you're looking at around 10 days. The shipping time depends on the country and our stock availability. If for some reason the delivery time is is going to take longer than 10 days, we will be in contact via email to inform you about the delay.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We are not responsible for any delay, suspension or failure arising out of any circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, governmental actions, strikes, lockouts or other labour difficulty, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, an act or omission of a third party, inability to obtain any necessary materials, equipment, facilities or services, the failure of performance provided by others, internet interruption or virus, accidents or breakdown of plant, machinery, software, hardware or communication network. If any of these events happen we will probably be out there helping and the last thing you should be trying to do is purchase skincare products.
