Shipping and Returns


Due to COVID-19, our domestic shipping partners are experiencing postal delays. We will do our best to update our site when new information becomes available to us. Australia Post has temporarily suspended their Express Post guarantee of next day delivery. Express Post is still available but orders are not guaranteed next day delivery. FREE standard shipping for Australian orders over $50+. For orders under $50, postage cost will be automatically calculated when you add products to your cart and select your delivery destination. A maximum flat fee of $15 applies.
Please ensure your postal address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly supplied addresses. If your package is returned to us due to incorrectly supplied address, further delivery costs will be charged to resend your order.


We will strive to get your Brutal Truth products out to you as quickly and cost effectively as possible. We ship all Australian orders through Australia Post regular shipping service.

We process orders Monday to Friday (9:00AM – 5:00PM AEDT) in the order they are received, following credit approval. For Australian Metro orders received prior to 12pm we will have your package ready for shipment the same day. For Metro orders received after 12pm, we will ship the next business day.

You will receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on where you live. Within Australia, standard delivery via Australia Post to metropolitan areas usually takes 2-3 business days, whereas deliveries to Perth or regional areas can take 5-7 business days.

We will accept product returns within 7 days from the date of purchase if you change your mind. To qualify for a change of mind return, product/s must be unopened, unused, and with original packaging and/or labels intact along with proof of purchase.

If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned product/s, we will provide a store credit or refund to the same value, less any freight. Store credits are valid for 30 days and are only valid for use at

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products.

If we are not satisfied with the condition of the returned product/s, the product/s will be returned at the customer's cost. Shipping fees associated with the return of goods are the customer's responsibility; the exception to this is where we have deemed the product to be faulty where we will arrange the method of return at our cost.

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please email us at within 7 days and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 business days. 


We are not responsible for any delay, suspension or failure arising out of any circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, governmental actions, strikes, lockouts or other labour difficulty, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, an act or omission of a third party, inability to obtain any necessary materials, equipment, facilities or services, the failure of performance provided by others, internet interruption or virus, accidents or breakdown of plant, machinery, software, hardware or communication network. If any of these events happen, we will probably be out there helping and the last thing you should be trying to do is purchase skincare products.
